How long will it take for me to receive my products?
RuggedGear.com ships orders Monday through Friday, we
do not ship on holidays.
If your order is placed after 12:01 a.m. c.s.t. on (including express shipments):
Monday - scheduled to ship on or before Thursday
Tuesday - scheduled to ship on or before Friday
Wednesday - scheduled to ship on or before Monday
Thursday - scheduled to ship on or before Tuesday
Friday - scheduled to ship on or before Wednesday
Saturday - scheduled to ship on or before Wednesday
Sunday - scheduled to ship on or before Wednesday

If we expect any additional delays to your order, we will notify you to confirm the new date or provide a refund if we are unable to meet your needs.

No. Sorry but we do not ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time.
What shipping carriers are available?
RuggedGear.com exclusively ships with the United States Postal Service, UPS, and Spee-Dee. Orders will include insurance.
How is my shipping cost calculated?
All of our shipping quotes are calculated in real time from data provided by our carrier and based on weight and estimated packaging size
needed for your order. Our system will always provide you with the absolute cheapest option available at the time of your check out.
Does RuggedGear.com ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally and to all 50 US states!
We also ship to the United States Protectorates
(Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). These options are available during the checkout process. Please note that international
